Job Title: Team Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Coach to join our organization. As a Team Coach, you will be responsible for implementing organizational policies, facilitating teamwork, and delivering high-quality customer care.

About the Role:

  • Implementing organizational policies within the team
  • Collaborating with support departments to improve performance results
  • Fostering effective communication to promote teamwork and coordination
  • Handling escalation calls and providing direct resolution to customers
  • Maintaining professionalism in a contact center environment
  • Ensuring delivery of customer care based on predefined benchmarks
  • Utilizing software efficiently for data entry and searching
  • Monitoring attendance and adherence to floor ethics
  • Understanding case handling processes, callbacks, escalations, forwarding, and reporting/data logging
  • Reporting issues with workstations and equipment, and suggesting improvements to management
  • Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively
  • Motivating employees to meet targets through recognition, guidance, and incentives
  • Creating a sense of ownership among team members
  • Communicating performance expectations clearly and providing coaching and feedback regularly
  • Verifying the accuracy of agent performance metrics and reports
  • Identifying systemic problems and proposing solutions for improvements
  • Monitoring calls (live/recorded) to ensure quality standards are met
  • Managing client relationships, accounts, and support teams effectively
Requirements:

To succeed as a Team Coach, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in English communication
  • Strong team management skills
  • Extensive experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of call center operations
  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in basic Excel
  • Ability to improve CSAT and quality scores
  • Positive attitude and approach
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts
