Lead Generation Specialist
We are looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of Lead Generator. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, researching target audiences, and initiating contact through various channels.

Sales and Business Development

This is a full-time opportunity in sales and business development where you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into sales.

Requirements

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. You will be working with various stakeholders, including clients and colleagues, so being able to communicate effectively is crucial.
  • Research and Analysis: The ability to research target audiences and identify potential leads is critical for success in this role. You will need to have strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
  • CRM Software: Experience with CRM software and managing lead databases is also necessary. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting activities, so having a solid understanding of CRM systems is essential.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: This role requires strong organizational and time management skills. You will be juggling multiple tasks and deadlines, so being able to prioritize and manage your time effectively is crucial.
  • Collaboration: The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also important. You will be collaborating with sales and marketing teams, so being able to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in lead generation or sales is advantageous, but not required. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
