Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to oversee the management and support of our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and maintaining the company-wide network, ensuring reliability and security.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain the company's network architecture, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and minimize downtime through effective problem-solving and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to ensure optimal connectivity and performance.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory and Domain Controllers, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
  • Administer Office 365, including user account management, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement best practices for identity management and access controls.

Requirements:

We require a candidate with hands-on experience managing networks, AD/DC, and Office 365. Additionally, proficiency in networking protocols, troubleshooting, and security best practices is essential.
