Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic leader to lead our team in Pakistan. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and leadership, manage agent business relationships, service experience, and in-market activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performance team with global leadership capabilities.
  • Develop and execute sales account plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners.
  • Collaborate with product sales and marketing teams to identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment.
  • Manage a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to service level agreements to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profile – active management.
  • Provide high-quality product and process training to agents.
  • Assist in the development and launch of new recruitment initiatives, products, or regional strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity enabling greater market competitor awareness and analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to support student conversion and pre-arrival success.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Align the team with our mission, vision, values, and strategy.
  • Drive a high-performance and coaching culture.
  • Promote our branding and customer value proposition.

About You

  • You have education industry experience and fluency in English.
  • You have proven experience in managing recruitment teams and delivering against enrolment targets.
  • You have B2B, Channel Sales or Partner Agent experience.
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
