Strategic Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader to oversee the entire recruitment process, design and implement HR policies, shape up the company's brand strategy, and ensure we attract, hire, develop, and retain qualified employees.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment procedures, supporting and suggesting improvements, overseeing the selection, training, and development of employees, leading and setting objectives for the HR team, ensuring that the Employee Handbook is up-to-date, updating personnel records in a timely manner, designing and implementing HR strategies and policies that comply with labor legislation, developing compensation and benefit plans, organizing learning and development programs for employees, and ensuring that employees' requests and grievances are addressed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Employee Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees, including providing necessary training and support.
  • HR Team Leadership: Lead and manage the HR team to achieve business objectives, set clear goals and expectations, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Employee Handbook: Ensure that the Employee Handbook is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects company policies and procedures.
  • Personnel Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee files, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • HR Strategies: Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefit packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • L&D Programs: Develop and deliver engaging learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Grievance Handling: Investigate and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Work Experience: Proven work experience of a minimum of 4 years in an HR leadership role, with a strong track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Industry Expertise: Hands-on experience in the software development industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
  • HRMS Experience: Proficient in using HR management software, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business deals.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthy Employee Relations: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Labor Legislation: Good understanding of labor legislation, including employment law, workplace health and safety, and employee rights.
