Integration Architect Role

Design and implement scalable integration architectures for high-scale SaaS companies, driving technical strategy and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scalable Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and design high-performance integration architectures that handle millions of transactions per second/minute with sub-millisecond latency.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide trusted advice to customers on API best practices, data flow architecture, and integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity with the tools their customers already use.
  • Proof of Concepts: Develop and demonstrate proof-of-concept (PoC) integrations, showcasing capabilities and assisting customers in implementation.
  • Optimization: Design solutions that optimize scalability and performance, accelerating market penetration, driving partner-sourced revenue, and delivering smarter, more valuable customer experiences.
  • API and Automation Excellence: Assist customers in leveraging APIs, AI-powered automation, and smart connectivity features, unlocking new revenue streams.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.), ensuring robust protection for customers' environments.
Requirements:
  • Expertise: 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration, with a strong background in API architecture, RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and event-driven integrations.
  • Hands-on Experience: Backend development in Java, Python, or Node.js, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and serverless architectures.
  • Knowledge: API authentication, security best practices (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.), as well as designing solutions that handle high-scale, low-latency transactions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, enabling the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
