Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead - AI Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI-powered products.

Your primary focus will be on managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, and driving technical architectural decisions.

You will work closely with our engineering, design, and business stakeholders to create innovative solutions that meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Product Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for software development initiatives and AI-based projects.
  • Technical Delivery: Guide architectural decisions for scalable software systems (APIs, microservices, cloud-native apps).
  • Ai-Specific Responsibilities: Coordinate AI/ML use cases, including generative AI, classification models, and RAG pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in technical project or product management.

Experience in software design and UI/UX collaboration.

Exposure to AI/ML concepts and implementation in real-world projects.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and delivery ownership skills.

Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Prioritise responsibilities effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Highly autonomous, a self-starter, and brings a high sense of ownership to everything they do.
