Providus Technologies is a startup studio that helps other startups grow. From product development to dedicated tech teams, we support businesses through every stage of growth. Our team includes former VCs, startup founders, and tech experts aligned around one goal: building high-impact companies.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Talent Hunter to source, screen, interview, and shortlist local talent for international remote roles for our clients. Your primary focus will be to identify and place top technical talent to meet our clients' current hiring needs. Additionally, you will help build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming opportunities, ensuring we are well-prepared to respond quickly to future demands.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech and occasionally non-tech roles.
  • Source and attract technical talent for international remote roles for our clients.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support our leadership in workforce planning and team structuring.
  • Proven experience (5+ yrs) recruiting for the tech industry.
  • Demonstrated success in placing candidates in international remote roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, IT skills, and industry trends.
  • Experience working with clients on project-based or ongoing hiring needs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems.
