Senior Manufacturing Operations Director

The ideal candidate for this position will be a seasoned production professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process to ensure smooth, balanced, and uninterrupted flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive short, mid, and long-term improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of products that meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality and quantity.
- Work closely with the production team to plan and execute production activities, focusing on increasing productivity while minimizing waste and rework.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members, setting performance standards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and managing departmental resources effectively.
- Foster a culture of open communication and mutual respect, encouraging team members to share ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Promote a Kaizen culture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures through value-added/eliminated (VA/VE) activities.
- Identify training needs and development opportunities for existing and new staff members.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management, highlighting achievements, gaps, and areas for further improvement.
- Maintain a safe working environment and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) best practices throughout the organization.
