Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation, integration, and operations of Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) solutions. This role requires expertise in configuration, development, and testing of technical and functional systems for products within the utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation experience involving configuration, development, integration, and technical/functional testing of CC&B solutions.
  • Setting up technical and functional systems with respect to meter and AMI knowledge, including installation/removal/exchange, meter reading, route design, and maintenance.
  • Providing support for CC&B implementation and upgrade efforts.
  • Supporting the lead effort for process design, configuration, development, and implementation phases.
  • Proven API integration experience.
  • Leadership skills, prioritizing tasks, schedule management, and resource allocation.
  • Understanding key implementation and upgrade issues and implementing solutions using Oracle CC&B's functionality.
  • Reporting with BI Publisher, data modeling, and analytics.
  • Business process design and development.
  • Suggesting and validating solution options for requirements and solution design with business teams.
  • Collaborating with technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Team player expected to assist the project team with functional or technical issues.
  • Experience with application integration testing and real-time applications solutions.
  • Experience with billing and rates.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
