Expert Oracle CC&B Solutions Specialist

A seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing and integrating Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems is required to drive business growth and optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, develop, integrate, and test products in the Utilities Industry.
  • Design and implement meter and AMI knowledge including installation/removal/exchange, meter reading, route design and maintenance, billing, accounts receivable collections, and severance.
  • Lead implementation and upgrade efforts for Oracle CC&B at SSGC.
  • Develop and implement process designs, configure packages, and implement phases.
  • Integrate solutions using API and ensure seamless interactions between systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, deliver, test, deploy, and integrate solutions.
