Job Description:

A Digital Business Analyst is responsible for driving business value through the effective analysis, design, and implementation of digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and data analysis, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Requirements Gathering:
    • Conduct thorough analysis of clients' digital processes and systems.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop comprehensive business requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
  2. Digital Solution Design:
    • Work closely with the technical team to design and develop digital solutions.
    • Create process models, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate proposed solutions.
    • Ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and technical architecture.
  3. Project Management:
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation projects.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  4. Data Analysis:
    • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators.
    • Utilize data analytics tools to support business analysis and reporting.
