About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Organizational Development Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in workforce planning, job architecture, and role mapping to establish scalable organizational structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Policy Design: Develop, review, and implement inclusive and modern People & Culture policies that align with business strategies.
  • HR Technology Implementation: Work closely with IT and ERP teams to optimize and deploy HR systems that improve efficiency.
  • Organizational Design: Assist in workforce planning, job architecture, and role mapping to establish scalable organizational structures.
  • Rewards and Compensation: Develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and performance-based reward strategies.
  • Presentation Development: Create engaging presentations that translate complex HR data into actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR, specializing in policy design, organizational development, and rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, organizational design principles, and compensation strategies.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, HR technology platforms, and Google Suite.
  • Behavioral strengths in Strategic Planning, Results Orientation, and Effective Communication.
