SAP Payroll Consultant

The role of a SAP Payroll Consultant involves leading the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions. Key responsibilities include analysing client payroll requirements, designing scalable solutions, configuring payroll schemas, rules, and integration with EC and third-party systems.

This position requires hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, with at least 2+ years in SuccessFactors ECP. Deep knowledge of payroll processes, schemas, rules, and off-cycle processing is essential. Experience with EC and ECP integration via PTP (Point-to-Point) is also required. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills are necessary for successful delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, with at least 2+ years in SuccessFactors ECP. Deep knowledge of payroll processes, schemas, rules, and off-cycle processing is essential. Experience with EC and ECP integration via PTP (Point-to-Point) is also required.
