Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Expansion Specialist to join our team. This full-time, on-site position requires the candidate to identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, develop growth strategies, and drive sales activities to expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Growth Strategy Development: Create and implement growth strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Sales Activities: Drive sales activities to achieve revenue targets and grow the business.

Requirements include:

  • Business Development Skills: Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Growth Strategy and Sales Plan Development: Experience in developing growth strategies and sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Digital Marketing and Web Solutions Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing and web solutions to leverage in business development efforts.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • IT or Web Development Industry Experience: Experience in the IT or web development industry is a plus.
