Office Coordinator
Job Summary:

We require an experienced office coordinator to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and other members of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via email
  • Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls, and take minutes during meetings
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Write emails, memos, and reports
  • Implement and develop office procedures and record systems
  • Manage database entries and client files
  • Order and maintain supplies
  • Organize and distribute messages
  • Make and confirm travel arrangements
  • Prepare and send outgoing correspondence

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with office organization and administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Word
  • High school diploma or university degree
