Overview

We are seeking a visionary product leader to spearhead the development of our Payments Platform, driving innovation and growth in payments and commerce experiences.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a forward-thinking product professional to conceptualize and build next-generation payment platforms, drive innovative thinking, and build seamless customer experiences that become the foundation of digital payments and commerce experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive vision and strategy for the product line
  • Conceptualize and create platforms and products from concept to delivery, including driving build and scale
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers; foster an environment of motivation and collaboration
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and regularly communicate updates on the product strategy, progress, and performance
  • Partner closely with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to lead product development efforts
  • Define features and communicate requirements to engineering in clearly written documentation
  • Monitor against goals, identify and scope implementation paths for needed enhancements, and create remediation plans when necessary
  • Manage product backlog, production support, issue & defect resolution, and prioritization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services and product management
  • Experience in online payments including digital wallets and money movement
  • Experience driving change within large, matrixed organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build scalable platforms
  • Ability to think strategically while being comfortable diving into details required for successful execution
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
  • Proven track record of managing risk and controls
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field of study
