About the Role

Restaurant owners in the US often struggle to manage their businesses effectively. To alleviate this burden, they utilize software solutions that streamline operations and improve productivity.

However, this creates a challenge as owners must navigate multiple platforms, which increases workload. Many owners are not tech-savvy and require assistance running these tools, adding an additional cost.

Support teams promise assistance, but it's often fragmented, handled by multiple individuals for different queries, leading to frustration for owners.

A customer support team works night shifts to address customer inquiries and escalate them to internal teams. This approach aims to significantly reduce turnaround time and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing communication with restaurants and internal teams to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
  • Documenting issues with thorough understanding of causes and implications.
  • Interacting with customers to investigate critical issues.
  • Utilizing platform resources to assist restaurants with time-sensitive operational tasks.
Qualifications and Fit

An ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent command of formal, conversational, and colloquial English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and manage relationships with restaurant owners.
  • Emotional intelligence.
  • Cultural awareness.

Note: You don't need all these competencies, but English command and interpersonal skills are essential.

An ideal candidate will have understanding and some proficiency in the following technical skills:

  • Experience in a support role (US market preferred).
  • Data analysis.
  • Reporting & Documentation.

Note: Prior experience or knowledge of marketing is not required but preferred.

Required experience level: 1-2 years of professional experience.
