Human Resource Manager Job Description

The Human Resource Manager oversees and guides processes related to recruitment, retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training, and development. They will also supervise administrative functions and provide strategic HR guidance to the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review job advertisements before posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview panels, participate in interviews, and ensure proper documentation is collected and filed.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all administrative functions in the country office.
  • Supervise travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a background in human resources or a related field, with experience in managing recruitment, retention, and compliance processes. They should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Additionally, the candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with HR software and systems.
