Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
This is an entry-level position that requires 1-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh candidates with strong skills are also encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Responsibilities:- Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle important documents, reports, and emails.
- Organize official communication and correspondence.
- Assist in managing day-to-day business operations.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with different teams for smooth workflow.
- Arrange business travel, accommodation, and meetings.
- Assist in planning company events and client meetups.
- Ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and other necessary logistics.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience (Fresh candidates with strong skills can also apply).
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in handling social media or e-commerce tasks.
- Familiarity with task management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
