The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office is a must, as well as strong writing and record-keeping abilities for reports and training manuals. Good computer and database skills are also essential.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.

This role requires the ability to develop an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations, while maintaining a wide variety of training methods to cater to different learning styles.

Evaluation and reporting skills are crucial, as the successful candidate will need to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs periodically and report on their success and return on investment (ROI).

Additionally, problem-solving and adaptability skills are necessary to resolve specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary to ensure maximum impact.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting effective induction and orientation sessions for new employees, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest training trends, developments, and best practices.
