Job Description

The role of a Training Manager involves identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.

To design and expand training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs requires strong analytical skills and the ability to understand the learning requirements of employees.

A key aspect of this role is working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant stakeholders in the organization. This involves communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Effective induction programs are also crucial for the success of new employees and their integration into the team. The Training Manager must be able to develop these programs, ensuring they meet the needs of both the employee and the organization.

In addition, the Training Manager will be responsible for training brand ambassadors for different programs and devising individual learning plans tailored to the specific needs of each employee.

The production of training materials, including manuals, modules, and content development, is another critical function of this role. These materials should be engaging, informative, and aligned with the learning objectives of the program.

The delivery of training and development programs, as well as the evaluation of their effectiveness, falls under the responsibility of the Training Manager. In more senior roles, the Training Manager may also devise a training strategy for the organization.
