Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing the product lifecycle, and using a solution-oriented approach to overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineering, business, and design teams to support product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market analysis, and competitive insights.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to align technical requirements with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and effective project execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and uncover innovation opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication with team members and stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine and optimize product offerings.
  • Identify and address potential challenges with creative solutions to enhance product outcomes.

This is a full-time, on-site role with excellent potential for growth within a dynamic team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating impactful products and excels in a multifaceted role.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management or a related role within the IT field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with an engineering and design-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle is a plus.
