The goal of this role is to oversee the creation of high-quality designs and proposals for solar projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed proposals and designs for solar projects with a strong command in relevant software.
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain technical accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to inform design decisions.
  • Manage the design process from concept to final submission, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise to support business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles.
  • 5-8 years of experience in solar system design and proposal development.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Sketchup, Aurora).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred candidates will have experience working on solar projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and proposals. This role requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
