Full Cycle Recruiter

A seasoned recruitment professional is required to lead our talent acquisition efforts across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering full-cycle hiring solutions across technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various geographies.
- Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, managing both local and offshore hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to forecast talent needs and align recruitment plans with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent in IT, Telecom, and Software Development industries.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal hiring policies in all regions of operation.
- Utilize data-driven metrics to track performance, improve processes, and present hiring insights to leadership.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in end-to-end recruitment, including leadership roles, preferably in the IT/Telecom/Software industry.
- Strong knowledge of multiple labor markets and hiring practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring for diverse roles, including managerial and strategic positions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ERP platforms, and modern sourcing tools.
