This leadership position requires a strategic and results-driven individual with a strong track record of delivering full-cycle hiring solutions across technical and non-technical roles.
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality hiring for various roles.
- Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, managing both local and offshore hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to forecast talent needs and align recruitment plans with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of regional hiring trends, labor laws, and talent pools across UAE, KSA, UK, and USA.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to inform business decisions.
- Proven track record of success in recruitment or related field.
