Job Title: Material Logistics Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to assist in the planning and management of local material inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To coordinate with vendors for dispatch delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials.
  2. To implement a staggered receipt strategy to meet demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
  3. To monitor and analyze fast and slow-moving items, identifying areas for improvement.
  4. To trigger re-order points and adjust procurement plans accordingly.
  5. To issue raw materials to vendors based on our delivery schedule and inform stores accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, preferably SAP - MM Module.
  • Good understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Disciplined and detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
