Senior Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Create custom OAF pages, extensions, and personalizations to enhance Oracle EBS functionality.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Database Expertise: Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers, and functions to improve database efficiency and security.
  • Integration and Migration: Utilize Oracle EBS Interface APIs for integrations and data migrations, ensuring smooth data transfer and minimal downtime.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Report Builder and BI Publisher, providing valuable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Workflow Automation: Implement Oracle Workflow Builder for process automation, streamlining workflows and improving productivity.
  • Apex Integration: Integrate Oracle APEX applications with Oracle EBS modules, enhancing user experience and functionality.
  • System Performance: Perform system performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system operation.
  • Mentorship and Documentation: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers, ensuring knowledge transfer and code quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Databases: Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills, with expertise in optimization techniques.
  • Oracle EBS: In-depth knowledge of EBS R12, OAF Framework, and personalization.
  • OAF Development: Proficiency in custom page creation, controller development, and extensions.
  • Integration: Experience with Oracle EBS Interface APIs, Web Services, and Oracle APEX integrations.
  • Programming: Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and OA Framework with JDeveloper.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Oracle Workflow Builder, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and JDeveloper.
  • Performance: Knowledge of query tuning and troubleshooting high-volume transaction systems.
