About the Role

We are seeking a visionary HRIS professional to spearhead transformative initiatives in our organization. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for modernizing our HR functions through cutting-edge HRIS solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in streamlining processes, enhancing employee experience, and driving strategic goals forward. You'll collaborate with various departments to ensure our HR systems are efficient, secure, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of HRIS implementation and management, including related technologies.
  • Collaboration with HR and IT departments to guarantee data integrity and security within HR systems.
  • Design and enhancement of HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
  • Leadership of projects focused on system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Provision of training and support for HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
  • Development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures relevant to HRIS use.
  • Staying informed about industry trends in HRIS technology and recommending solutions to enhance processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance issues, and best practices in HR technology.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various teams and levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a passion for continuous improvement.
