
Sales Team Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Growth Manager to join our team at Tasteland. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with distributors, and ensuring the success of our sales team.
About the Role:- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and expand business dimensions.
- Maintain close relationships with distributors to ensure mutual growth and success.
- Conduct regular area visits with TSO/TSM to monitor progress and provide support.
- Ensure the fulfillment of monthly sales targets and maintain a grip on the reporting structure.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their best performance.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, the ability to motivate and lead a team, initiative and enthusiasm, excellent communication and people skills, good planning and organizational skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
