To secure a strategic financial leadership role, you will be responsible for providing robust financial planning, management, reporting, and control to support business growth and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will lead all functions related to financial management, banking, costing, and forecasting, while enabling data-driven decision-making and regulatory compliance across the manufacturing and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Lead the preparation and finalization of accurate and timely financial statements as per IFRS and local regulations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan development in collaboration with all business functions.
  • Audited Accounts: Ensure timely completion of annual audited accounts by coordinating with external auditors.
  • Bank Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions for LCs, working capital financing, and treasury operations.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with all taxation matters including sales tax, income tax, and regulatory filings.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital requirements, and optimize financial resources to meet operational needs.
  • Costing Models: Design and implement robust costing models to accurately capture standard and actual product costs.
  • Cost Variance Analysis: Analyze cost variances and recommend efficiency improvements to enhance profitability.
  • Accounts Centralization: Oversee centralization of the accounts department to streamline reporting and standardize financial controls.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and systematic financial reporting, including salaries, wages, and utilities analysis.
  • Financial Insights: Provide timely, relevant, and accurate financial insights to management across COS, selling, and distribution functions.
  • Business Modeling: Support development of business models and tools for improved decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic financial advisor to the CEO, providing input on business planning, risk management, and investment decisions.
  • Finance Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team; ensure continuous learning, role clarity, and succession planning.
