Financial Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee the Finance & Accounts functions in accordance with the finance policy and departmental operating manual. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial information and advice as required by senior management. Your role will also involve preparing the operating & capital budgets, monitoring expenses, and establishing relations with external agencies, banks, financial institutions & auditors.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analyses to senior management;
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure they remain within budgetary limits;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial performance;
  • Collaborate with internal audit teams to identify areas for improvement;
  • Review and analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
Skills: Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and budgeting processes; Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.
