Site Acquisition Specialist

The Site Acquisition Manager role is a critical position that requires exceptional skills in site acquisition activities for a telecom project. This includes supervising site officers/surveyors, compiling reports, maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves managing site acquisition activities from start to finish, including:

  • Supervising site officers/surveyors to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Compiling detailed reports on site acquisition progress and issues
  • Maintaining strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive, hardworking, presentable, and have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a minimum of prior experience in site acquisition with a reputable contractor/subcontractor for one or more mobile phone operators. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
