Pharmacy Supervisor Opportunity

Job Summary:

Our company seeks a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Salesperson to oversee pharmacy operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise pharmacists and technicians to maintain efficient pharmacy workflow.
  2. Develop and implement effective shift schedules and task allocations.
  3. Address operational issues and implement solutions.

Customer Service:

  1. Provide expert guidance to customers on prescriptions and medications.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and promote satisfaction.

Operations Management:

  1. Ensure accurate medication dispensing in compliance with regulations.
  2. Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock rotation, and track expiration dates.
  3. Comply with regulatory requirements for medication storage and labeling.

Purchasing and Inventory:

  1. Assess pharmacy stock requirements based on sales trends and inventory levels.
  2. Source and purchase pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and equipment from approved vendors.
  3. Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  4. Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.

Reporting and Compliance:

  1. Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  2. Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory transactions.
  3. Submit daily reports to the Pharmacy Manager.

Requirements:

5–7 years of experience in retail or hospital pharmacy, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Experience in procurement or inventory management is an advantage.
