
Senior Account Growth Specialist

This is a dynamic sales role that drives business growth by building strong relationships with existing and new clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining account plans that define clear strategies for growth across multiple accounts, ensuring effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing sales plans in line with overall sales targets, and working to ensure optimum revenue growth
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through pre-sales and post-sales activities, including relationship-building at the Sr. Management level and expanding relationships within the industry
- Creating strategic, effective, and actionable account plans that define clear growth strategies across and within accounts to be covered
- Developing new projects and creating project pipelines, and working on provided project pipelines to convert prospective clients into potential clients
- Developing and successfully closing opportunities/sales by continuously reinforcing business value and reinforcing competencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's/MBA preferred
- 3-4 years of proven IT sales experience
- Extensive experience working in small to medium 'virtual' account teams-field sales, technical specialists, partners, and leading these teams towards a common vision/strategy for each account
- Knowledge of business drivers within a variety of vertical industry markets
- Understanding of Microsoft technologies
- Possession of basic software understanding/commercial sector/Telcom/Financial Services Sector domain knowledge
- Strong business communication and presentation skills
- Good relationship-building and interpersonal skills
