Technical Lead and Architect (PHP-Laravel)

We are seeking an experienced PHP developer to take on a hybrid role as a technical architect and team lead. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of PHP-Laravel, software design patterns, and agile methodologies.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable, maintainable systems based on PHP-Laravel. You will also mentor and lead a small team of developers, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading or mentoring other developers, with experience in architectural design, hands-on development, team leadership, collaboration, and platform operations. Additionally, they will be proficient in Git, testing methodologies, and build/deployment tools.
