Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional technology teams of junior software engineers, collaborating closely with Q&A and DevOps.
  • Implement and maintain best practices of SDLC to design, develop, and maintain Enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Design, update, and own the technical roadmap, overseeing the evolution, development, and delivery of core platforms and products.
  • Evaluate complex stakeholder requirements and integrate them into the technology stack, enhancing the system from both technical and user perspectives.
  • Work in a dynamic environment with a cutting-edge team, fostering a goal-oriented culture that balances social interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with hands-on capabilities in the Technology stack and tools (Java, Spring Boot, React.js or Angular, Postgres, Redis, Message Brokers, JMS, Spring-based Micro Services).
  • Deep understanding of complex and highly scalable applications' technical architecture.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Software Design and Architecture.
  • Working experience as project manager or team lead.
  • Proven track record of successful communication with stakeholders, including engineering, leadership, and company functions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Balanced systematic approach to programs of work and problem solving.
