Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a T24 Senior Technical Lead located in Islamabad. The T24 Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development, customization, and implementation of the T24 core banking system. The role involves managing software development projects, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements. The T24 Senior Technical Lead will also develop and maintain technical documentation and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience with T24 core banking system
  • Technical expertise in software development, system customization, and implementation
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and system performance optimization
  • Project management skills and ability to lead technical teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus
