Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide front-line technical support to end users, assist with various technical questions, issues, problems relating to hardware, software, services, and peripherals.

This role requires excellent troubleshooting, communication, research, problem-solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating system, Microsoft Active Directory administration, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, RDP, Terminal Services, and Print.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, services, and peripherals
  • Document and track technical incidents using our incident management system
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues that require cross-functional collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Two (2) years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
  • Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating system experience
  • Microsoft Active Directory administration, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, RDP, Terminal Services, and Print
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
