The role of a Data & Business Support Executive is to provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.

This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting, and 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Analyzing and interpreting data using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Performing data entry, reconciliations, and daily bookkeeping activities
  • Supporting payroll preparation, expense tracking, and financial summaries
  • Conducting research and preparing clear reports and presentations based on findings
  • Maintaining employee records, tracking leaves, and assisting with HR documentation
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external vendors as needed
  • Ensuring timely updates and accurate maintenance of documentation and databases
