We are seeking high-achieving sales professionals to fill the role of Sales Development Representative. Our rapidly expanding transportation firm has launched two new divisions and opened two satellite offices, setting the stage for the next phase of our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in high-volume outbound calling daily to prospective clients across the US.
- Persuade decision-makers with compelling conversations to introduce company services.
- Qualify leads by identifying client needs and potential fit.
- Schedule appointments, product demos, or follow-up calls for senior sales staff.
- Accurately log all activities and conversations in a CRM system.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Nurture prospects until they are ready for conversion.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, improve outreach strategies, and hit weekly/monthly targets.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
- Strong background in outbound prospecting, cold calling, or tele sales.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and digital tools.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective objection handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present value propositions confidently.
