Key Financial Management Role

This is a challenging position where you will oversee the efficient management of accounts payable, general ledger, and project accounting functions.

  1. Safeguarding Financial Integrity: Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  2. Taxation and Compliance: Support tax-related processes by ensuring proper tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs in software systems.
  3. Financial Expenditure Oversight: Maintain a database and provide reports as requested by supervisors, tracking company expenditures and vendor/contractor interactions.
  4. Payment Transaction Coordination: Coordinate all payment transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  5. Operational Efficiency: Develop internal templates to improve efficiency and generate standardized processes for in-house use.
  6. Customer Engagement: Engage actively on the customer service front, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
  7. Aging Payables Minimization: Improve system efficiency and ensure compliance with policies and SOPs to minimize payable aging agreed upon payable terms.
  8. Query Resolution: Address each query within a reasonable time frame, ensuring quick resolution and minimizing delays.
