Technical Pre-Sales Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Pre-Sales Specialist to bridge the gap between customer needs and our software capabilities.

About the Role:
  • Assist customers in understanding our solutions and identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and develop comprehensive technical proposals.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting within the telecom domain.
  • Strong understanding of OSS/BSS, CRM, billing, provisioning, IPTV, VoIP, and internet bandwidth products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with telecom software stacks.
  • Knowledge of competitive telecom technologies and market trends.
