Main Duties

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.

  • Implement process improvements and optimize resources to reduce costs and increase profitability.
Essential Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in a senior leadership or management role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and increase productivity through effective planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
