Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of our hotel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing & Recovery: Generate accurate and timely invoices for corporate clients, events, and other receivables. Monitor accounts receivable and ensure follow-up for timely collections and recovery.
  • Daily Hotel Accounting Operations: Oversee cash and bank transactions, ensuring accurate recording and timely processing. Review revenue reports from the Property Management System (PMS) and reconcile with the ERP.
  • Internal Controls & Documentation: Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and SOPs. Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, and supporting evidence for all transactions.
  • Coordination & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries as required by management. Coordinate with the Head Office finance team for reporting, reconciliations, and policy implementation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • A B.com / M.com / MBA (Finance) or ACCA (Part Qualified) qualification.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
