Business Development Manager

This role is responsible for driving business efficiency and growth by identifying synergies across various business functions and developing strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising a strategic plan for improving business efficiency.
  • Identifying sustainable synergies across various business functions.
  • Responsible for the identification of new business areas and deployment of strategic initiatives for business growth.
  • Collaborating with senior management to recommend strategies and business plans around sales, marketing, product, and other key cross-functional initiatives.
  • Developing and updating process documentation, work instructions, and other tools to support execution.
  • Creating analytics platforms and developing the capability within cross-functional teams to enable optimal resource allocation, tracking, and monitoring of KPIs.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships and communication with cross-functional stakeholders to inform and enable improvements in the quality of business delivery.
  • Creating workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Performing gap analysis of current SOP's/SLAs on an ongoing basis with drafting and roll out of relevant policies.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally on various process evaluation and improvements.

Requirements:
