Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities and maintain awareness of industry trends affecting Dukan.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four business development professionals, fostering a results-oriented and collaborative culture.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients to expand Dukan's market reach.
  • Negotiate partnerships and agreements that create mutual benefits and drive Dukan's growth.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of business development initiatives, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product management, to ensure the successful implementation of business development strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities, outcomes, and forecasts for executive management.
  • Represent Dukan at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and its offerings.
  • Maintain flexibility for travel to meet clients, conduct market visits, and explore potential business ventures.
