Cancer Research Expert

Our team is looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Instructor. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our mission by conducting innovative research and collaborating with experts in the field.
Key responsibilities include initiating and running a prospective Pakistan Brain Tumor Epidemiology Study, managing Biorepository, conducting research related to surgical oncology, expanding current areas of research in regenerative medicine and stem cell biology, working in teams, developing and submitting extramural grant proposals, and developing and fostering multi-disciplinary collaboration with faculty from across AKU and UCSF.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in the relevant subject area, be research active with first-hand laboratory experience, have experience supervising graduate students, post-docs, and fellows, have published in journals of international repute, have good communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English, and have a track record of extramural grant funding.
Professors will report to the Director, CRM, and will be expected to create and present regular progress reports to the Director CRM and UCSF at periodic intervals.
