**Global Financial Operations Expertise Wanted**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic Global Travel and Expense team. This role will be responsible for managing daily operations, enhancing global policies and procedures, driving automation, and advocating compliant execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of T&E processes, SAP Concur system, and neighboring systems. They will also possess excellent accounting knowledge, exposure to shared service centers, and exceptional fluency in written and verbal English.

Key responsibilities include conducting detailed audits of expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, identifying and proposing enhancements, and providing exemplary customer service. The successful candidate will also assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards, prepare and review DTPs on a quarterly basis, and undertake projects as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in T&E domain.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP Concur system and neighboring systems.
  • Strong accounting skills, including financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, dashboards, reporting, and analytical tools like Alteryx & Tableau.
