About the Role- We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to partner with clients on ERP implementations and optimizations.
- Analyze business requirements to produce detailed documents and process maps.
- Configure ERP modules, manage customizations, integrations, and data migration.
- Lead functional testing, UAT, and go-live readiness activities.
- Train end users and provide post-implementation support and hypercare.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
- Recommend best-practice process improvements across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Sales.
- Proven experience as an Implementation Specialist.
- Hands-on exposure to one or more ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of core business processes and reporting/analytics needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and work effectively with remote teams.
